Qumran

The 2,000 year old ruins of Qumran lie on the edge of the Judean Desert, close to the dramatic desert cliff caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in the 20th century. Hidden in these caves, the scrolls contain approximately 1000 parchment Biblical documents, made before 100A.D., making it the oldest Bible ever found.
