Golf: There are many 18-hole championship golf courses in the locality offering exceptionally low green fees, starting at 20 per round.
Marukhathaiyawan Palace: The formal Royal Summer Palace is a must-see, designed by an Italian architect, it is built of golden teak. This beachside palace was used by King Rama VI during the 1920s and consists of a series of one and two floor units on stilts, linked by covered walkways.
Khao Takiap: Located at the southern end of Hua Hin Beach, the temple-topped hill of Khao Takiap is well worth climbing for its scattering of Buddhist shrines and the panoramic views.
Thai Cooking: Why not impress eveyone when you return home by learning to cook delicious Thai dishes? You can do a ½ day cookery course at The Regent Cha Am Beach Resort which will teach you the basics and a few key dishes. | |
