One of the most thriving tourist centres in Italy, Lake Garda is renowned for its spectacular lake, the beauty of its countryside and mild climate. The towns of Riva del Garda, Torbole and Malcesine are located at the northern end and are surrounded by towering mountains.

RIVA DEL GARDA
Known as the ‘Pearl of Lake Garda’ Riva del Garda enjoys a spectacular location at the north of the lake in a very scenic setting, towered over by Monte Rocchetta. The old town centre, set around the 12th century fortress, has lots to offer the holidaymaker – from historical buildings to narrow streets lined with vibrant flowerboxes and packed with shops of all descriptions. MALCESINE
Malcesine is located at the foot of Monte Baldo. Surrounded by opulent olive groves and lush pine vegetation, it is a pretty town with a relaxed atmosphere and is well equipped for holidaymakers. The centre of Malcesine is a maze of cobbled streets, historic alleys and quaint houses, while the medieval castle overlooking the lake is the focal point of the town and offers plenty photo opportunities. Take a stroll around the charming little harbour where local artists exhibit and sell their paintings, or take a walk along the lakeside and admire the unspoilt views.

TORBOLE
Nestling at the north-eastern corner, Torbole was, at one time, an upmarket health resort for wealthy Venetians. In recent times however it has developed into a up-and-coming holiday destination with a wide range of international facilities on offer. The beach areas are clean and well maintained with crystal clear water for swimming and a huge variety of watersports on offer. There are frequent regattas on the lake, which bring a great buzz of colour and excitement to the locality.
