INSURANCE It is a condition of booking that you have sufficient travel insurance. Due to unforeseen circumstances that can affect anyone, either before travel or while abroad, we believe it essential that you take out travel insurance when you go on holiday. Joe Walsh Tours have negotiated a special insurance policy with Blue Insurance and details of this are available upon request.
MEDICAL DECLARATION FORM It is vitally important to complete a Medical Declaration Form if you have a medical condition which has required medical advice, treatment, medication or hospitalisation during the last 18 months. This form can be obtained from any Joe Walsh Tours office.
BROCHURE ACCURACY AND INFORMATION The descriptions of resorts and accommodation featured in our current brochure have been checked to ensure they are accurate. However, changes may occur after the date of publication. There may be occasions when facilities may be withdrawn or reduced by accommodation owners or providers of other services. Redecoration or construction work is a necessary evil and may occur even in high season. Such changes are beyond our control, but if we are advised of any development work or changes to the information shown in the brochure, we will make every effort to advise you before your departure.
PAYMENT After your booking is made and subsequently confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you or your travel agent detailing the total amount due. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. If payment has not been received by this time we reserve the right to cancel your booking and cancellation charges will apply (see booking conditions on booking form). When we receive full payment you will be sent your flight tickets and other useful information. Carefully check your names and flight times on your tickets. Flight timings (using the 24-hour clock) are subject to change. Your travel documents will give you the recommended check-in times for your flights.

For all holidays featured in our brochures you will need a valid passport. Make sure that it is valid for the duration of your holiday. You will need a passport to enter the country as well as for exchanging travellers cheques and currency. Children who share an adult’s passport must travel with the named adult. Children reaching 16 years of age must have their own valid passport. The name on the passport must match the name on the ticket.
