Rottnest Island is a small island situated just off the coast of Perth, famous for its snorkelling, diving, surfing and swimming. The semi-arid Mediterranean style climate and indigenous flora and fauna of this island make it a top choice for a day trip or excursion. There are numerous shipwrecks found around the island it is home to the strange looking quokka - the small marsupials which inspired the island’s name.
Broome is at the northern tip of W.A. and its main attraction is 22km long Cable Beach, considered among the best in the world. The Kimberley region is both wild and wonderful and is one of the world’s last great wilderness areas featuring ancient gorges, picturesque rock pools and idyllic beaches.
